I must state that the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was also in a good area. I could change the dates very easily and at no cost.

The hotel was right next to a restaurant. The food smell was overwhelming at the hotel room at times. Especially in the morning. The air conditioning was terrible. I could either have it on blast and freeze or turn it off and be very hot. The room had an off-putting smell. The carpet was dirty in the room. The furniture and interior is incredibly overused and outdated. there are much cheaper hotels for a way better quality. The shower! Oh my god. I have never seen a less functioning shower head in my life. It was impossible to take a shower because the water flow was very very light. The vibe of the room was very uncomfortable because of the color and interior choices.

Very Old Property with faded bathroom floor. No basic facilities like water availability. No tumbler is placed inside the room as well. Telephone doesn't work.. Anyhow, I will never stay in this hotel again..

Please arrange complimentary water, Tumblers and Kettle, replace Torn towels

Room is small, single bed is just not the right one. One very old fridge which is for nothing. No tea kettle or tea or coffee sachet, very bad washroom, washroom is just too too bad. Very bad amenities. You better be aware. I dont think Booking.com should list such a worst property. SLEEP IN THE NIGHT AND WAKE UP IN THE MORNING WITH COCKROACH IN THE BED AND EVERYWHERE ELSE. WORST STAFF, WORST PLACE. PLEASE SHUT THIS PLACE OFF

The cleaning of room the attitude of staff

Everything but the air conditioning. I didn't like anything, the room wasn't clean, mattress must have been infested with bed bugs and left untreated. I developed some horrible skin rashes. In my opinion, this hotel should be closed by the appropriate authorities and only reopened after thorough refurbishing and thorough sanitization.

they tried to cooperate polite staff good location but the place is not known to taxi drivers.

It is usually impossible for an average man like me to find the bed too short that from middle of my leg was beyond the bed!!! the light is too dim that I could hardly see any writing from evening time on. I asked to increase, they changed the ceiling bulb ( only source) but it was not enough. there was no AC electricity port in the room, I had to explain to them that I need to charge my cell phone to use there free wifi, they provided extension to charge my cellphone but stopped the wifi in the night the place is really quiet but the fridge sound was too loud like a train that I needed to turn it off to sleep.

Location nice quiet calm but center of city. Good staff reception and house keeping excellent guys. Any request they attended immediately. But the hotel is very old and very very old furniture and kitchen utensils is rusted. for budget traveling nice hotel if an old hotel is ok for you.

Very old furniture, rusted kitchen utensils. The stove top is brown in color. Water flow in the shower is very slow.

The staff are very friendly and house keeping always on time when you call.

Kitchenette needs to be checked especially with the utensils,they are out dated.

I was so happy with my stayed most especially with the guy that checked us in ,I could not remember his name kudos to house keeping department for the great job love u guys God bless u all amen.
